Symptoms That May Appear After Collection
- Liquid (anesthetic) can flow from the treatment site. Usually, the fluid can be drained for three to four days, and it may look red when mixed with the fluid during drainage, but it soon disappears with normal healing.
- Edema and bruises are natural phenomena that occur after surgery, and over time, swelling may go down to the perineum and thighs, but it will recover soon.
- Pain after surgery usually disappears after several days if you take only prescribed medications or take an additional one or two painkillers per day.
- The feeling of tightness or lumpiness in the surgical area is a temporary phenomenon and gradually reduces over three to six months.
- The temporary loss of sensation in the skin can be up to about four months.
- Light walking or stretching is possible after 3 days.
- The fat collection area can be scarred, and the recovery speed varies depending on the individual’s skin type, temporarily thickening the pigmentation, and then fading about six months later.
