Precautions
- Please fast for 6 hours before surgery for sleep anesthesia. (This includes water, gum, candy, and snacks) ** Please note: Sleep anesthesia is not possible if fasting time is not observed.
- Please take any ongoing blood pressure medicine and anticonvulsants with a small amount of water on the morning of the treatment day.
- Please do not take diabetic drugs or insulin injections on the day of surgery because diabetes drugs and/or insulin injections can cause hypoglycemia due to fasting before surgery.
- Please stop taking anticoagulants (such as aspirin) and blood circulators (such as omega-3) a week before the procedure.
- Please avoid driving a vehicle after sleep anesthesia.
- Please refrain from wearing valuables.
- If you have gel nails, please remove them from both thumbs or index fingers
